SUPR easy
The SUPR arrives sterilized, assembled, and ready to use. The SUPR materials are fully qualified for biological product contact per USP Class VI plastics. Each assembly is manufactured and documented under cGMP conditions. No cleaning or sterilization validations are required as the SUPR C3 comes gamma irradiated.
The SUPR holder enables easy installation with an innovative click and lock system for the motor and an intuitive tube management system.
SUPR scalable
TThe SUPR system is designed to be a single-use alternative to traditional stainless steel tank bioreactors at both pilot and production scale. Starting with AppliFlex ST, the SUPR now makes it possible to continue cultivation with one trusted portfolio. R&D and process optimization performed in the AppliFlex ST can now be easily scaled up using the SUPR.
SUPR supports flexible volumes with both 50- and 250-liter containers available now and a 1000-liter container upcoming in future.
SUPR design
The SUPR is part of our comprehensive portfolio that takes you all the way from research to production. The SUPR design is based on more than five decades of bioprocessing experience and includes a height adjustable impeller along with typical Applikon design parameters such as height-to-diameter ratios and a dished bottom.

New design Pro-Control
A reliable and robust solution that easily integrates with other software in your manufacturing facility, our Pro-Control controller is compatible with the DeltaV™ DCS or Siemens or Allen Bradley PLCs and can be configured to match your process requirements.
For a cost-effective solution at research and pilot scale, the SUPR system can also be combined with the Livit Flex, which uses our intuitive Livit software.
