Learning objectives:

  • Become acquainted with hemodynamic monitoring technologies such as PiCCO and some others.
  • Develop the skills necessary to interpret hemodynamic parameters obtained from monitoring systems, including measurements related to cardiac output, systemic vascular resistance, preload, and afterload.
  • Learn how to apply hemodynamic monitoring data in clinical practice to assess and manage patients with cardiovascular diseases, shock, sepsis, and other conditions affecting hemodynamics.
  • Gain insights into strategies for optimizing hemodynamic support, including fluid resuscitation, vasoactive medications etc.

Minimum registration requirements:

  • To ensure meaningful interaction with the presented content, participants are required to possess a minimum of one year’s experience in working with PiCCO monitoring and a solid understanding of its principles.
