Teamwork makes the dream work for Getinge’s service technician Ngan Tran
Meet Ngan Tran, one of Getinge’s service technicians in Australia, who is expertized in endoscope reprocessing solutions within infection control and who loves the fact that she is part of a fantastic team whose focus is to help customers save and improve more lives.
Since Ngan started at Getinge back in 2018, the team she is part of have become as close as family to her.
“I was immediately a fan of Getinge’s brand promise Passion for Life which is something I really found prominent in my team since day one. There is such a strong passion and drive for taking care of live saving equipment, our customers and moreover, each other.”
She feels that both the team and the customers are helping her grow and develop as a person.
“They are all such beautiful people. They support and encourage me to always strive higher in life while continuing to have fun,” says Ngan.
No days are the same in her job, she travels to wherever she is needed the most, and Ngan likes how relationships are strengthened while resolving challenges together.
“The cooperation with the factory where our endoscope reprocessing solutions are being assembled is also working very well. Our input from the field is very valuable to ensure the solutions keep meeting customer needs and adding even more value.”
Ngan is very passionate and proud of the infection control products she works with.
“It’s always nice to get feedback from our customers and hear that the machines are making their lives easier. Helping them ensure that the equipment keep performing flawlessly feels very meaningful. And to do this alongside my Getinge family is a remarkable feeling.”
