Right to Erasure
You have the right to request the erasure (the right to be forgotten) of your personal data in the following situations: (i) the personal data is no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed; (ii) you withdraw your consent on which the processing is based and there is no other legal basis for us to continue to process your personal data; (iii) you object to our processing of personal data, and we do not have any overriding legitimate ground to continue our processing; (iv) the processed personal data is processed in breach with applicable laws; or (v) the processed personal data has to be erased by us to comply with a legal obligation.
However, there are exceptions to the above situations, and if such exception applies, we will not fulfill your request. For example, we have the right to keep your personal data if it is necessary for establishing, exercising, or defending a legal claim, if we need it to comply with a legal obligation, or if it is used for scientific research purposes.
