The DPTE®-Glove System is a maintenance-free solution that requires no in-house testing or biodecontamination to save time and reduce the use of chemicals. It arrives sterile (gamma irradiated), integrity tested and thus ready-to-use.
It can be connected to different DPTE®-S 240 ports of the barrier system.

Safe connection and disconnection
The outstanding feature of the DPTE® Glove system is the Alpha port, which is equipped with a secure locking mechanism that ensures safe and reliable connections and disconnections. This innovative design ensures that the DPTE® Alpha door will remain leaktight and closed unless the DPTE® Beta Glove is properly connected. In addition, the DPTE® Glove cannot be disconnected unless the double door is firmly closed, ensuring maximum safety and reliability. The system also features a sterile side that is meticulously designed for hygiene, with no retention areas or hidden surfaces, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
Ease of use
The Alpha Port, which can be securely mounted to the filling line or isolator wall, offers the same ease of use as the original DPTE® Rapid Transfer Port System. It can be mounted on walls up to 20 mm thick and has a door opening angle of 165°. The DPTE® branding is prominently visible from the outside of the isolator for better recognition and the updated documentation package is perfectly aligned with current market expectations.
On-demand aseptic transfer
The DPTE® Glove system is delivered sterile (gamma irradiated), ready to use and integrity tested by our team prior to delivery. The DPTE® Glove can be reused up to 50 times, ensuring cost effectiveness and sustainability. The safety cover, linked to the SCADA, ensures that the door remains closed when required. In addition, several accessories are in development to further enhance the DPTE® Glove experience.
