Report from extraordinary general meeting The Board's decision regarding the new share issue was approved by the shareholders of Getinge Industrier at today's extraordinary general meeting. Existing shareholders will have preferential rights in the new issue as follows: each block of 9 shares will entitle the holder to one new share at a price of SEK 100. Holders of class A shares are entitled to subscribe for new class A shares, and holders of class B shares are entitled to subscribe for new class B shares. A maximum of 337,554 new class A shares and 4,709,294 new class B shares will be issued. Carl Bennet AB and Investment AB Latour have announced that they will be utilising their subscription rights. Both companies will acquire any outstanding new shares, if the new issue is not fully subscribed, in accordance with the established issue guarantee.
